Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tele Sales Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in tele sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves contacting potential customers, informing them about our products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including LCD standees, Active LED displays, and more.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Advise customers on the availability of products and services.
Entice and persuade customers to purchase our products or services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitive activity.
Should have profound knowledge for making quotations and keeping the follow up and closing the deal.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in tele sales or telemarketing.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Female candidates preferred.
