Role Description
This full-time onsite Tele Sales role is located in Delhi. Your role as a Tele Sales representative will involve making outgoing calls to prospects and following up with them to close deals. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meet sales targets, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is persistent and results-driven.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in a Tele Sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of relevant computer programs such as MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in HR or the recruitment industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
