Tele Sales Officer - Loan Sales

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our loan products and services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
Maintain a consistent and organized record of lead information and interactions in the CRM system.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and conversion rates to maximize results.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, preferably in the financial or lending industry.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with loan products, lending practices, and financial terminology is a plus
