As a Caller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth of our business. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Spanish is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Effectively communicate product information and answer any questions from potential customers.
• Utilise CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for follow-up and conversion.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve sales strategies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Experience
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
