Job Responsibilities
• Should be able to communicate effectively with the clients.
• Handle Inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
• Should be able to identify customers' needs and wants.
• Maintain clarity in giving information about the products and services.
• Contact existing customers as well as new prospective customers using scripts
• Understand the specifications of the customers and give them appropriate reply.
• Should be able to handle queries related to the products and services.
• Deal with the clients in a professional manner.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Graduate in any stream, having minimum experience of 1-2 years
• Having pleasing personality, should have working knowledge of MS Excel
