Job Description
• Provide counselling to students over phone and help them to choosing the right courses for themselves.
• Understanding and answering student queries over phone and providing them professional guidance.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
• Work with the senior management team in refining our processes and improving customer satisfaction levels
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further process.
KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
