Essential Requirements:
Required good communicable skills in Hindi and English, excellent interpersonal skills and with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority.
Preferred who worked in same industry ie skin, laser, hair and hair transplant, having good knowledge of common skin conditions, skin therapies like peels, facials, medi-facials, botox, filler, lasers like laser hair reduction, tattoo removal, laser for pigmentation, common surgical therapies like hair , PRP, hair transplant.
Must have a proven track record in tele-call / TeleSales or Field sales.

Responsible for inbound and outbound calls and follow ups. Understand their problems, guide them in a helping manner and give appointments for doctors and therapies.
Will be working through an existing clinic database of potential customers and active calling.
You will be organising call-back diaries and updating the CRM system.
Grow our pipeline of potential sales opportunities and warm leads .
Write reports every week and month and report to seniors.
Forecast sales targets and make sure they are met.
