Representative Role and Responsibilities of telecaller job :
• Handling customers over the phone.
• Listening to the customers' has to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways, and reactions to services.
• Keeping up thus far on all services and informing customers.
• Answering customers' queries on services.
• Excellent communication skills & Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.
• Working on relevant pc software systems.
• Excellent social and drawback finding skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Mormugao, Goa DO Sul - 403802, Goa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
