Responsibility: To handle overseas customer through upselling of our USA customer and Generate leads in live calls. Upselling Client product and service through calls
JOB ANALYSIS:
Primary Functions/Responsibilities: Skills & Knowledge Necessary
- Handling overseas client on call and generate - Ability to use the desktop/Laptop leads. computer system
- Maintain customer data and capture customer - Typing speed: minimum 20 wpm. feedback, complain, request or complain in CRM. - Performing all KCRPs on the phone system
- Net login and staff time adherence based on USA (for voice programs) working time USAST. - Software: Basic Knowledge of web design,
- Identify challenge areas and suggest methods to SEO, SMO and PPC (E-Commerce) improve quality, both at individual level and at - Program specific product knowledge: program level. Product entitlement

Graduates/Under Graduate Desirable 6-12 months of Call center experience
