JOB ANALYSIS:
Primary Functions/Responsibilities: Skills & Knowledge Necessary
- Handling overseas client on call and generate - Ability to use the desktop/Laptop leads. computer system
- Maintain customer data and capture customer - Typing speed: minimum 20 wpm. feedback, complain, request or complain in CRM. - Performing all KCRPs on the phone system

Educational Qualification Required: Work Experience:
Graduates/Under Graduate Desirable 6-12 months of Call center experience
Others:
Willingness to work in night shifts or Fresher
