1. Handling Calls for Pre Sales Related to Inquiries, Guiding Them with Queries & Efficient Follow-Ups to Customer & Maintaining High Service Standards.
2. Educate Customer & Book Appointments.
3. proactively Follow Up with Leads Generated.
4. follow Quality Parameters Set By the Organization.
5. Coordinated with Bd Team for all the Clients About Appointments to Ensure Maximum Lead.
6. maintaining an Accurate Database of the Call Record & Presentation of the Same On a Timely Basis.
