Managing and replying inquiries from website and emails. To connect with the potential customer or the businesses via telephone to promote our services. To explain services to potential clients. To provide pricing details of services. Actively seek out new opportunities for business. Ability to create sales pipeline/leads through lead follow-up, emails and cold calling. Identify prospects and evaluate their need to convert them into customer. Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization. To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the organization. To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
