We need a Telecaler who is willing to work in an eCommerce company and can handle the day-to-day customer calling tasks.
Selected employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Calling customers to verify COD orders and confirm the address.
• Calling customers to handle undelivered shipments.
• Taking customer feedbacks, or complaints and addressing any potential problems.
Work skills needed:
• Good English, Hindi writing and speaking skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media channels like Facebook, Instagram.
Behavioral skills
• Passion for the work.
• Learning Attitude, open for feedback.
• Problem solving attitude.
