Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. Your goal will be to effectively communicate our offerings, build rapport with customers, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists databases, or leads.
• Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers over the phone.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
• Follow a script or set of guidelines to provide accurate information and promote our offerings effectively.
• Identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:
• Graduation or equivalent. Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to engage potential customers and generate interest.
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to different customer responses.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes and meet targets.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Persistence and resilience to handle objections and rejections from customers.
