Designation: Telecaller Executive
Location: Shhlok Business Center, Ring Rd, Beside Apple Hospital, Udhana Darwaja, Surat, Gujarat
Experience: Freshers Can Apply.
Responsibilities:
• Answer Incoming Phone Calls And Address Customer Inquiries Professionally And Courteously.
• Explain The Products And Services Offered By The Company In A Clear And Concise Manner.
• Contact Existing Customers And Prospective Clients Using Provided Scripts To Promote Our Offerings.
• Engage Customers In Conversation, Build Rapport, And Identify Their Needs And Preferences.
• Obtain Accurate Customer Information And Record It In The Company's Database. Collect And Document Relevant Data, Such As Customer Feedback, Preferences, And Complaints, To Enhance Our Services.
• Proactively Resolve Customer Concerns And Complaints, Ensuring Customer Satisfaction And Retention.
• Collaborate With Team Members And Provide Regular Feedback To Improve Sales Strategies And Customer Experiences.
Requirements:
• Proven Experience As A Telecaller Executive Or Similar Customer Service Role Will Be Plus.
• Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability To Engage Customers, Listen Actively, And Identify Their Needs.
• Strong Persuasive Skills To Effectively Convey Product Benefits And Features.
• Good Computer Skills And The Ability To Learn New Software Applications Quickly.
• Ability To Multitask, Prioritize, And Manage Time Effectively.
• Exceptional Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Abilities.
• Positive Attitude And Self-Motivated.
