A Urgent Opening for Tele caller !!
We are looking for Telecalling Executive for Property Plateau Realty LLP For Goa Location.
Tele callers discuss with potential customers to inform them of the company’s offerings and services. They ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel. Additionally, they engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company’s merchandise or services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience. A tele caller may also carry out the following tasks:
• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action

Through direct phone calls, a tele caller establishes direct communication with the target audience. They lay the groundwork for establishing stronger connections with both current and potential clients, and they help the business generate revenue. Their major goal is to help the organization grow by bringing in customers and increasing sales. In the process, tele callers work to comprehend each client’s needs and offer the best solution to their concerns. A good tele caller will further make recommendations for how to improve organizational offerings using client feedback.

Persuasive, tenacious, and adaptive individuals make for successful telecallers. They are better able to provide a positive first impression when telecallers are proactive and goal-oriented. Additional credentials and skills for a telecaller include:
• Strong communication abilities
• Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
• The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
• The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
• Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
• Ability to listen and solve problems
• Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm
• Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
Pay scale - 15,000-20,000/- INR
