We are hiring a motivated Pre-Sales Telecaller to work in our office. Your role will involve bridging the communication gap between our channel delivery partners, our office, and customers. You will gather feedback, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with channel delivery partners, sharing updates and addressing queries.
- Gather customer feedback and resolve their queries promptly.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales activities, including lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or telecalling preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Fluent in English.
