Job Profile:
We are looking for a telecaller executive who will be responsible for producing sales by
speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include
gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new
products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
Key area of responsibility:
1) Interacting via various channels , such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
2) Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
3) Retaining contact information databases
4) Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the customer
5) Ensure a smooth procedure for the customer by transferring windows of opportunity
to the appropriate department for further action
