Salary : 10K to 15K Salary + Incentives (depends on No of Sale & Visits)
Age: 18yr to 35yr
Qualification : 12th pass above
Our Requirements -
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi
• Must be Smart, Hard Working, Confident & Ready to work under Targets & Pressure.
• Must have some Tele Sales Experience (Min 1 year)
• Must be Excellent in Communication
• Must have done some Sales before, and achieved Targets
Job Responsibilities -
• Calling the Leads within a minute of receive it
• Follow up with the Leads
• Explaining everything about the property
• Understanding customer’s needs and requirements
• Convincing the client to visit the site
• Follow-up with the client till the Site Visit
• Follow-up with the client after the Site Visit
• Close the Deal
• Follow-up with the client, till the Agreement, to ensure our payment
