Roles and Responsibilities:
• Guiding the tele-calling team and ability to troubleshoot.
• Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers in a persuasive
manner.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Generate leads and qualify them based on specific criteria and customer requirements.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate
department.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and
comments.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure their interest and provide additional
information as needed.
• Achieve individual and team targets for call volume, lead conversion, and sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features
and benefits to customers.
• Adhere to scripts and guidelines provided, while also being able to adapt and personalize
conversations based on customer responses.
• Handle customer objections and resolve complaints or escalate them to the appropriate
supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company during
phone interactions.
• Continuously strive to improve call quality, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
