Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote university courses and programs.
Provide accurate information about course offerings, admission procedures, and fees.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential students via phone and email.
Assist students with the enrollment process and address any queries or concerns they may have.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and enrollment conversions.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless coordination and support.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in cold calling or Tele-calling is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
