Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about our products and services, generate sales leads, and address any queries or concerns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections gracefully.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products, services, or resolve complaints.
Maintain a database of contacted individuals and follow up on leads.
Identify and understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collect feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant department for improvements.
Document all call information accurately in the Sheets & system.
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding customer interaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Proficient in relevant computer applications and CRM systems.
Good listening skills and patience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
