We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team at Game Changer 23. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying and qualifying leads, and converting them into sales. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and purchasing power.
Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information, sales data, and other relevant details in our CRM system.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently making a high volume of calls and converting leads into sales.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and sales strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously improve sales performance.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Strong sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and close deals.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies, product offerings, and customer needs.
