6. Keep accurate records of calls and customer information in the database.
7. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Fluent in Hindi and English.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
