Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and communicative individual to join our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team as a Tele Caller & Customer Success Associate. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to drive sales, as well as providing exceptional customer support to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a customer-oriented approach and a knack for sales.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Acquisition:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products, explain product features, and guide customers through purchase decisions.
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails to assist with queries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and returns.
Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting current offers, upselling, and closing sales effectively.
Customer Retention and Success:
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction with the product and service.
Address any customer concerns or complaints by providing effective solutions in a timely manner, escalating issues to relevant departments as necessary.
Foster relationships with customers, aiming to enhance customer lifetime value through continuous engagement and personalized interaction.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM database.
Monitor customer accounts to ensure they are receiving the services that they are subscribed to and suggest upgrades or additional services based on the customer's usage patterns.
Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback and satisfaction levels to the management team.
Team Collaboration and Feedback:
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand product offerings deeply and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
Participate in team meetings to discuss targets, achievements, and issues faced during customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or in a similar role in sales or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language(s)].
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
High school diploma; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
