As a Telecaller at AlgoSmiths SoftCom, you will play a crucial role in connecting with businesses and individuals to introduce our services and explore potential collaboration opportunities. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, presenting our services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to businesses and individuals to introduce AlgoSmiths SoftCom's services.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through proactive outreach.
• Explain the features and benefits of our services in a clear and engaging manner.
• Address any questions or concerns potential clients may have.
• Schedule appointments for further discussions or follow-up calls with our sales team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From ₹2,500.00 per month
