This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, in Pune. As a Telecaller, the primary responsibility will be to engage in outbound calls, utilizing web voice calling, to approach our services to the potential clients. Additionally, the Telecaller will play a vital role in scheduling appointments for our sales team. We welcome freshers with good English fluency.

Role Description :

The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting Rhobos IT Solutions services, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Requirements :
Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or above.
Effective English communication skill (both verbal and written).
Customer service orientation & basic sales knowledge.
Technical proficiency with web voice calling platforms and CRMs.
Adaptability to diverse client scenarios.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service.
Effective Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.
Experience in the IT and software industry is a plus.
Strong active listening skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Resilient and positive attitude in handling challenges.
Team collaboration skills, professional etiquette and ethical standards.
Appointment scheduling and customer service.
