Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling:
Call potential students and parents to provide information about courses and programs.
Address inquiries and provide detailed information about the institute’s offerings.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
3. Reporting:
Track and report on individual sales performance.
Prepare regular reports on telecalling activities and outcomes.
