Key Responsibilities:
Perform cold calling to prospective candidates to assess their interest in MBA programs.
Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our MBA programs
Accurately record and update candidate information in our CRM system.
Follow up with potential candidates to provide further information as needed.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Graduation is Mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [language requirements, e.g., English, Hindi].
Ability to quickly build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
Freshers are welcome to apply; previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
