Job Title : Tele caller/Tele counselling Executive
Location : Ahmedabad - Nikol & Shyamal Area
Position Type : Full - time
Responsibilities :
• Calling existing and potential students to persuade them to purchase Aviation, Hotel & Travel Tourism Course.
• Accurately recording details of Students’ purchased course.
• Regularly updating and obtaining the trackers of individual contact details & follow ups.
• Keep record of every students interaction and calling activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
Tele caller Requirements
• Graduation or equivalent
• Priorly experience working as a tele caller or in a similar role
• Knowledgeable with computers
• Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
• Excellent interpersonal & record-keeping skills
• Having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them
