Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all calls, interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM database. Generate reports to track progress, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
