Telecaller is responsible for making inbound or outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, gather information, or assist with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Making Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers or existing clients to promote services/products, set up meetings, or generate sales leads.
Handling Inbound Calls: Answering calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
Customer Support: Assist customers with their issues, offer solutions, and guide them through processes (e.g., billing inquiries, technical support).
Sales and Lead Generation: Promote and sell products/services, and aim to meet sales targets or quotas.
Data Entry and CRM Management: Record customer interactions, update details in the CRM system, and maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-up actions.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction or to close sales deals.
Meeting Targets: Achieve personal and team targets (sales, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Product Knowledge: Keep updated on the products/services offered and provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation: Maintain reports on call outcomes, customer feedback, and complaints for future reference or reporting.
Skills Required:
Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive speaking abilities.
Customer-Centric: Patience and empathy to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Sales Skills: Ability to upsell or cross-sell products and services effectively.
Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and find solutions quickly.
Multitasking: Handle calls and documentation at the same time.
Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, or other relevant tools.
Educational Qualifications:
Typically, a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is often preferred but not mandatory.
Work Environment:
Call Centers or Remote Telecalling Roles.
Working hours may vary, including evening and weekend shifts depending on the company.
