Tele-caller Executive (1-3 yr experience) We are looking to hire candidates for the Telecaller Executive/Manager role. The person should have a minimum of 1 yr of experience for this position. Quantum Paper - Gujarat\xe2\x80\x++s No.1 educational company in higher Secondary education having 50,000+ Teachers and 5 Lakh + Students. Most well-known publishers join us as we digitize their books and give them fabulous popularity in the Market. Students and Teachers from Std + to 12 use our apps for Digital Teaching, Digital Learning, Doubt Solving, Creating Exam Paper, Making their own videos and so on. Role and responsibilities: Telecaller Responsibilities:
• Calling the students & teachers and updating them of the product.
• Solving queries of Teachers & Students.
• Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
• Studying the details of each product and remaining abreast of updates to these products.
• Recording all inbound & outbound calls
Telecaller Requirements:
• Superb verbal communication in Gujarati & Hindi.
• Graduate with 1-3 yr experience
• Prior experience as a telecaller or similar in the field of counseling or Call Centre atleast for 1 year
• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
• Computer literate.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb+12,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb+25,000.00 per month Schedule:
• Fixed shift
