Job Title: Telecaller
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Fashion TV School of Performing Arts (FTV SOPA). As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our programs and services through effective telephone communication.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and their families to introduce them to FTV SOPA's programs and services.
• Provide information and guidance about the admission process, curriculum, and opportunities available at FTV SOPA.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telephonic interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team targets for call volume, lead conversion, and enrollment.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students throughout the admissions process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students over the phone.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into enrollments.
• Good organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple leads and tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM software or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the performing arts and a genuine interest in promoting arts education.
