Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-caller and Admin Assistant. The role will be responsible for managing phone calls to students and emails, providing administrative support to the team, assisting with event planning and execution, creating and maintaining records and documents, and performing general clerical tasks.
Qualifications
• Tele-calling experience in Edtech
• Administrative Assistance, Communication, and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent communication skills
• Clerical skills including managing documents and records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
