Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecaller cum Document Assistant with basic technical knowledge to handle customer communication, coordination, and documentation work. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records, along with understanding basic technical/service-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls for customer support and service coordination
Follow up with clients for service updates, approvals, and feedback
Maintain and update documents, reports, and service records
Coordinate with technical teams for job status and issue resolution
Prepare quotations, emails, and basic reports
Manage data entry and maintain proper filing (digital/physical)
Assist in tracking service requests, tickets, and closures

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
