We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team for our Business Verification Process. The primary responsibility of this role is to verify business information over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle calls professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to verify business information.
- Collect accurate data and update records accordingly.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls.
- Follow scripts and protocols provided for verification.
- Work timing is +:30am to 6:30pm
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in business verification or similar processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
