Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
Handle inbound calls, address queries, and provide relevant information.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude during all interactions.
Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
Maintain call logs, update customer information, and document interactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion.
Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate teams.
