We are hiring a Telecaller to manage Client Support, Back Office Operations, and B2B Client Coordination. This role is ideal for freshers, interns, and candidates interested in Client Servicing, Order Follow-ups, and B2B Operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle Client Queries, Client Coordination, and Customer Support
• Assist in Back Office Operations, Data Management, and MIS Reporting
• Follow up on Orders, Dispatch Schedules, and Client Requirements
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Teams, Stores, and Packaging Teams
• Maintain Client Documentation, Records, and Back Office Reports
• Support Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure smooth B2B Client Servicing, Order Tracking, and Operations Support
Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers, interns, or candidates with experience in Telecalling, Client Support, Back Office Operations, Order Processing, or B2B Coordination can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Customer Handling Skills
