Contact customers via phone to collect pending loan EMIs or payments.
Explain payment terms, due dates, and consequences of non-payment.
2. Follow-Up:
Ensure regular follow-ups with customers for overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, payment promises, and customer commitments.
3. Problem Resolution:
Address customer queries and provide solutions to payment-related issues.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes or discrepancies.
4. Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations during interactions.
Ensure all communication is professional.
5. Reporting:
Update daily/weekly/monthly collection reports
