Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Outbound Counsellor located in Ahmedabad. Individual will be responsible for making calls to potential students, providing counselling on courses and programs, and assisting with enrolment.
Essential Traits
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati skills are a plus
- Good at Convincing People
- Ability to Work unattended and focussed on results.
Preferences
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Experience in Tele-calling and or Counselling
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
