• Calling leads as early as possible..(24/7 )
• Lead qualifications - Caller interest, budget, property preferences etc
• Schedule Appointments of qualified leads , patiently follow up the clients.
• Arrange property as per clients requirements. (Buy , sell, Rent)
• Build trust with client with excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate date of leads, call outcomes and appointment info.
• Prepare daily weekly report.
