As a Telecaller-Customer Acquisition at Liquify, you will engage with pre-generated leads from various sources including digital marketing platforms, channel partners, and offline marketing initiatives. Your main responsibility will be to educate prospects about Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) and convert qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with inbound leads and clearly explain Liquify's loan offerings
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up consistently to close leads and meet conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Qualifications Required:
- Education: Any graduate
- Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
- Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
