About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize non-traditional channels including WhatsApp groups, Facebook Jobs, local community centers, trade schools, and walk-in hiring events.
2. Rapid Screening: Conduct quick, effective phone screens and 'on-the-spot' interviews to minimize time-to-hire.
3. Mobile-First Candidate Management: Manage applicants via mobile-friendly ATS or SMS-based communication tools, acknowledging that many candidates may not use email or have a formal resume.
4. Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with Clients in daily basis to meet their requirements and hirings.
5. Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the collection of documentation (ID verification, certifications, medical clearances).
6. Retention Feedback: Conduct 7 days 'check-ins' with new hires to identify hurdles in the work environment and reduce early-stage attrition.

As a Telecaller-Customer Acquisition at Liquify, you will engage with pre-generated leads from various sources including digital marketing platforms, channel partners, and offline marketing initiatives. Your main responsibility will be to educate prospects about Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) and convert qualified leads into customers.

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Any graduate
- Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
- Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)
