Strong product promotional skills
Answering and directing phone calls
Develop and maintain a filing system
Creating a databank of Questions asked by customers.
Generating sales leads through Google search, telecalling, and follow up on the same for closure.
Regular coordination and Follow up with the Customers
Maintaining customer satisfaction and getting their queries and complaints resolved effectively within timelines in coordination with the Service Department
Preparing the lead MIS report, and performance report timely
Technical Skills
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - INR 1,50,000 per Year
