M Security is a leading cybersecurity, training, website development, and digital security services company. We are looking for motivated Telecallers to join our growing team. You will contact potential customers, explain our services/courses, and help them enroll or book consultations.
This is a work-from-home opportunity suitable for students, beginners, or anyone who wants to earn from home with good communication skills.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
Explain cybersecurity courses, hacking devices, website development, and hosting services.
Maintain customer details in CRM/spreadsheets.
Follow scripts and company guidelines.
Convert leads into sales/enrollments.
Handle basic customer queries politely.
Provide daily call reports to the team leader.
Requirements
Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass (Any degree students welcome)
Good communication skills (Hindi required, English optional)
A smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection
Basic knowledge of calling apps or WhatsApp calling
Must be disciplined and regular
Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
Must be comfortable explaining services and courses
