Experience : 1 to 3 Years in Stock Broking / NBFC
Position : Digital Caller (Demat Account Opening)
Job Location: Fort
Job Role:
· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Target driven
· Attending queries of old and new customers through digital platforms such as linkedin, Instagram, twitter, facebook, etc.
· Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support, for which training will be provided to the candidate
· Understanding customer requirements and pitching the product.
· Briefing about the product (Account Opening, Subscription, Mutual funds, stocks, SIP, etc.) to Customers
· Data updation of the calls received in CRM
· Adherence to the customer support processes and policies
· Resolving customer complaints within TAT
· Maintaining a pleasant working environment for the team
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
· Qualification : Any Graduation – Mandatory
· Age : Upto 30 Years
· Candidate from Mumbai location will be preferable
