Job Summary
· Focus on outbound sales of Union Bank of India Home loan and Car Loan.
· Communicate with potential customers present the plan and Understand the requirement of customers.
· Explain product features and details to the potential customers and arrange the with the sales team
· Resolve project-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
· Communication with potential customers by follow up on phone, mails, social media
· Accomplish sales objectives with the team to execute sales & marketing strategies
· Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services and be aware of industry changes
· Daily reporting to management
Experience
· Experience in Home Loan and Car Loan telecaller preferred but not mandatory
· Fresher can also apply
Requirements
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluency in Hindi with working knowledge of Telugu and Kannada
· Basic computer knowledge
· Experience in outbound calling/sales preferable
· Experience in real estate is preferable
· You are result-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments
· You are a strong team player and deliver work of high standards
