Key Requirements
Telecaller - Educational Institute Call Center Skills:
• Minimum one year of experience as a Call Center Executive or Telecaller. Freshers are also welcome.
• Educational qualification of at least twelfth pass or a graduate degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is preferred.
• Good communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
• Ability to work six days a week from Monday to Saturday.
