As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job location is Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications And Skills
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries
• Experience in client handling is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Update and maintain customer database
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close sales
• Provide feedback to the management team to improve sales strategies
