KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good Communication Skills, Language proficiency in English and Hindi. Fluency in other regional languages (Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Urdu, Marathi, Malayalam, Nepali, Oriya, etc) will be a plus.
Verbal and Written skills proficiency is a must, project management skills, ability to solve problems easily.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
Regularly updating and keeping the records on track and up to date.
Hold up regular follow ups with the customer and dealers.
Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other. Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
REQUIREMENTS: High school, Graduation, diploma or equivalent. 0-4 Years Experience. Language Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must and any other regional language would be an advantage.
Prior experience as a telecaller in BPO. Computer literate.
Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
Superb verbal communication.
Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
